With a brand new album just released, “True Love Cast Out All Evil.” his first in 15 years, Roky Erickson and Okkervil River rocked the ACL stage at last night's KUT Live. Roky Erickson and bandmate Tommy Hall with the 13th Floor Elevators are credited with inventing psychedelic rock in 1965.
